 The recent landmark Supreme Court decision ruled that bullying, victimisation and failure to take complaints seriously would be an interference with a judge's human rights. After seven years of legal battles, this was a hugely successful outcome for Judge Gilham. The decision has significant ramifications for expanding whistle-blowing and employment rights further.  Â
